Sent to a friend DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY FOR CORY WAGNER IN THE MYRTLE BEACH, SC OR SURROUDING AREAS, HE IS A THIEF. WE RENTED FROM HIM AND HE TOTALLY SCREWED US, HE NEVER CAME THROUGH WITH ANYTHING, WE WERE RENTING A ROACH INFESTED HOUSE FROM HIM THAT WAS FALLING APART IT WAS IN A BAD AREA. HE NEVER PRORATED OUR RENT AND WE ALWAYS PAID ON TIME. HE ENDED UP ASKING US TO MOVE CAUSE HE WANTED TO RENT THE PLACE OUT AS A WEEKLY RENTAL FOR THE SUMMER TO MAKE MORE MONEY. HE NEVER RETURNED OUR DEPOSIT I SHOULD HAVE LIVED OUT MY DEPOSIT BUT I THOUGHT THAT WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO. HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS AND WE LOST $975. HE IS A LIAR A THIEF AND I HOPE HE GETS CAUGHT....Rating:3.95

- Is this guy really a thief? I contacted him about renting a house from VRBO and he gives me a good deal for it and tells me his address and to send him a check for $450 at his address. When and what was your experience like with him?
- i rented from him for 3 years and never had an issue with him and recieved my deposit back. if he wasnt a good buisness man bbb would be after him. there was apparently an issue in why he didnt give you back your deposit. theres always two sides.

- i never had any problem from him and i have rented his house for the summer for 10 years,we broke things in his house and we paid him for them.i cant believe that you rented from him and he didnt give your deposit back.great guy and the bbb would be after him plus the magistrate would make him pay you back your deposit.i had rental property and you cant make everyone happy.his places arealways sprayed for bugs every 3 months when my son rented from him during the winter.sorry you had a bad time.he is real fair...

- RENTED HIS CONDOS AT MYRTLEWOOD AND THEY WERE GREAT..HE TOOK A CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT AND WE BROKE DISHES AND GLASSES AND NEVER CHARGED US.HIS PLACES ARE ALWAYS CLEAN AND FIRSY CLASS.I WOULD RENT FROM HIM ANYTIME BECAUSE HE HAS CLEAN AND NICE PLACES.YOU CANT MAKE EVERYONE HAPPY,ESPIECIALLY THE ONES THAT DAMAGE THE HOUSES AND CONDO HE OWNS.HE SHOWED ME THE DAMAGES AND YOU COULD SMELL THE SMOKE.HES A HONEST PERSON AND THE LAST THING HE WANTS IS TO TAKE SOMEONES MONEY THAT ISNT HIS.
- we rented both his condos and they were great and very clean.he is a very nice person and honest.i would rent from him every year.
- i would stay in his places anytime.there were real nice and very clean.if you didnt get back your deposit you had to break or take something.we rented is house every year and its been clean and he has been great with our family with helping us with activities for the kids.to bad he has a girlfriend.i just cant believe he would do anything dishonest.people will do things when they rent.places at the beach.great person and fair to everyone he deals with.

- Dont rent from him. He is an asshole. These good posts are from him. Also on this list is Steve Parker from Parker Properties. He also owns the Nixons Crossroads mini storage places on Hwy 90 near the swingbridge. He is nothing more than a coke/meth head, as is his horse faced assistant Debbie who works there. Had stuff stolen from both the apartment we rented from him as well as our storage units, he lets drug dealers live there for free for free coke, and they in turn rob the units, which also flood on a regular basis. I dont know how many times I saw him there at 5am geeking with powder all over his face. What a scumbag bum. Typical Myrtle Beach loser. Adopted and handed everything, never had to work a day in his fat pig life, just uses other people as long as he can. Stay far away!

- when you own all the places he owns you are going to find things wrong.we have stayed in his places in seabrook and the turks and they were great.he has been nothing but first class and cant do enough.we take a family trip to myrtle beach every summer and we stay at his myrtlewood properties and they are great.he does a great job with the places being clean and his hospitality is great.we rented his jetski for 2 days and it was great too.thank you and he is a great person..kelly
